Lemon pepper chicken with fresh broccoli. I can't take credit for the mac & cheese though, that was made by Stouffer's! Baked chicken marinated in an Italian vinaigrette dressing with peas. Green beans, baked potato with butter, shredded cheddar cheese, chives, salt & pepper, and more baked lemon pepper chicken. Yummy breakfast with mangos, strawberries, scrambled eggs, sausage links, toast, and a glass of OJ! Did not make the chocolate doughnut, but I did scramble the eggs with some Canadian bacon! Cooking has never been a hobby of mine... but it's slowly growing on me! Go Dawgs!
