Happy Thanksgiving!

Last night Sam and I arrived back to my mom's house in Blythewood, South Carolina. UGA's official break doesn't start until tomorrow, but luckily the two classes I had today were cancelled by our professors. I'm looking forward to being home all week and going back to Athens on Sunday. This week, I plan to see family of course, watch football, and visit with friends that I haven't seen since this summer! I'm so glad to be home with family and my house full of pets. I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving with their loved ones! Happy Thanksgiving and Go Dawgs!!

Popeyes Chicken Sandwich

So, I finally got on the bandwagon and tried the Popeyes chicken sandwich. There's a Popeyes just a few minutes away from my apartment on Atlanta Highway. I will say, it is not overrated, and it's very good and crispy. Better late than never, I guess! Go Dawgs!

Fall Weather

We have experienced lots of rain, cold and windy weather lately. Luckily today, we had a high of 62, so Sam and I enjoyed having the balcony doors open, enjoying some warmer weather. Go Dawgs!

Savannah's in Town

Savannah and her boyfriend got to visit me from South Carolina over the weekend! I got to show them around downtown Athens, around campus, and the Sanford Stadium. Savannah got to ring the bell- which is a tradition after a Dawg win! I am so glad they got to visit. Go Dawgs!

Another Trip

Last weekend for Halloween, I got the chance to visit my best friend from high school, Savannah in Clemson! Clemson is only about an hour and 15 minutes up I-85 from Athens, so the drive was a breeze. Every year we have celebrated Halloween together dressing in "duo" costumes. This year, I was the cop (S.W.A.T., technically), and she was the prisoner I arrested. This weekend, she is planning to come visit me in Athens for the first time. I can't wait to see her, and blog next week about all the things we do over the weekend. Like always, Go Dawgs! And for Savannah, Go Tigers!
